Please read the description area of each item to determine clearly.  It will state that you will be billed a seperate invoice for shipping and insurance....or....Free Shipping. We are pleased to be able to offer the free shipping on many items, but it must state so in the description.  If you have any question, just email us  through our contact form.

 If purchasing more then one item, your purchases could arrive at different times, for we use many different suppliers.   We normally ship all of our items via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Required Insurance. Larger items may, on occasion, be shipped by an alternative carrier.  Delivery time will usually be 3 to 7 business days after the order is shipped, depending on where you live and the item purchased.  Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.***Our Creative Designs ship out the very next day from out Baby Boutique.   

 
If incorrect shipping address is given .........In effort to minimize shipping costs we ask that customers provide the correct shipping address at the time the order is placed.  Packages shipped or re-routed due to an incorrect shipping address will incur additional shipping charges. Once the products are returned to our warehouse a credit will be issued minus the actual shipping Shipping and Handling charges.
 
Refusal of Delivery.....What happens if you purchase items and then change your mind after it is shipped and refuse delivery? Once the products are returned to our warehouse a credit will be issued minus the actual shipping cost of sending the package to you.  This additional shipping charge applies to all orders, including orders shipped under a free shipping promotion.

Damages and Claims
Please note: All one of a kind pieces are non-returnable.
We inspect all of our furniture pieces very carefully prior to shipping. Our furniture is sold distressed and is not to be considered a defect. Therefore, all one- of- a -kind pieces are sold "as-is".

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by phone or email.

If authorization is granted by us, all credits will be issued in the form of merchandise or store credit.  If return of furniture is authorized by us, "Shoppes on Boutique Drive", then return shipping is the sole responsibility of said buyer.
 

"Shoppes on Boutique Drive" is not responsible for miscommunication between freight carrier and consignee (recipient). Our responsibility ends once carrier has accepted freight.

Delivery discrepancies, damages, and freight charges are the sole responsibility of the freight carrier once the merchandise has been accepted by said carrier.

 
Damages sustained in transit are the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. If said customer decides to use a carrier that does not offer insurance, or if said customer decides to decline insurance, "Shoppes on Boutique Drive" is in no way, shape or form responsible for damaged goods.
 
Should your delivery appear dented, opened, punctured, or looks as if damage may have occurred, we highly suggest you examine contents in the presence of the driver.  All damages must be noted on freight bill at time of delivery and taken up with carrier immediately.  Any damages during shipment are the responsibility of the Buyer and Shipper exclusively and as such, Buyer and Shipper are required to file and process your claim together.
