This beauty is a vintage unique charger with Floral Center, Green Scalloped Trim [has a luster look] and Decorative Marks of Hearts and Crosses. We believe this could be German, but are unable to confirm this. The Charger is in very good vintage condition with a few wear marks. There is no pottery mark noted on the back, only gold numbers 2380.
