 I believe this truly lovely piece to be of Limoges porcelian and dating back to the early 1900's. Cant make out the bottom. It is a wonderful large leaf shaped bowl with a handle and spout.
It has no crack or chips and very very lttle wear.
It measures 11 1/2" x 9 1/2", with handle being 4 1/2" high.
