 What a fabulous pair of hand painted collector's plates! I believe these are Haviland blanks that someone painted a long time ago. However, they are not marked on the bottom. No matter....these are simply wonderful! Featuring the softest pink roses dancing on the best hand painted mint green background. Lovely scalloped rims with raised embossed detailing. Oh MY!
